How much does the Ritello® Cost?
The price of a Ritello® system varies with the desired series, chosen accessories, local market taxes and trade-in value which may be applicable to your purchase. Your local Authorized Ritello® Distributor will be able to provide you with additional information. We can help your Authorized Distributor reach you by filling out the Request your Demonstration Form.

Can I purchase a Ritello® over the Internet?
Ritello® Distributors sell the Ritello® Cleaning System solely through in-home demonstrations. Ritello® products purchased through other channels such as the internet, are not covered by Librex’ authorized warranty.

Where can I purchase a Ritello® System?
The Ritello® Cleaning System is sold through Independent Authorized Ritello® Distributors appointed by the Librex Company. If you are interested in purchasing a Ritello®, please fill out the Request a Demonstration Form and one of our Authorized Ritello® Distributors in your area will contact you for more information.

Who can I contact for service, replacement parts or other supplies?
Kindly contact the Ritello® Distributor whom you have purchased your system from. If you are unable to reach the distributor, please contact our Customer Service Department at customerserv@librex.com for support.

How often do I have to change the HEPA Neutralizer?
It is recommended that you get your HEPA Neutralizer inspected at a Ritello® Service Center after 18 months of use. However, the HEPA should be replaced after three years of usage to ensure optimum performance by your Ritello®.

How much water do I place in the water basin?
You may fill the water up to the indicated maximum fill mark.
​
Can I use non-Ritello Fragrances or Liquids inside the Ritello® Basin?
Your Ritello® is as precious to us as it is to you. Help preserve it by using the Ritello® brand supplies only.

Can I pick up liquids with the Ritello®?
The Ritello® is suitable for liquid pickup. Kindly, refer to the Ritello® Instructional Manual to learn more.

What does the Ritello® warranty cover?
Librex provides a written Three (3) year-warranty for the complete system and its accessories to its Authorized Ritello® Distributors. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear arising from usage of products (such as belts, HEPA Neutralizer) and misuse or product abuse.

How do I set the Air Wash Timer on my Ritello® to purify the ambient air?
To activate your Ritello’s Air wash timer, press and hold your finger on the “ON” button for 6 seconds until the first line of triangle blinks. Once the first line of triangles are blinking, wait another 6 seconds and the Ritello® will turn on by itself for 30 minutes.

What does it mean “clean separator” on the display screen?
When the “clean separator icon” blinks on the Display Screen, remove the separator and clean it using the tiny brush (wash & brush with cool water). If necessary, use a wrench to loosen the nut of the separator. Kindly, review your instructional manual carefully.

How to delete the “clean separator” on the display screen?
To delete the “clean separator” signal hold the minus (-) button for 6 seconds or until the signal disappears.

How to delete the “Replace Hepa” on the display screen?
To delete the “Replace Hepa” Press & Hold on the (+) and (-) buttons at the same time for 6 seconds.

Where can I find my Ritello’s Serial Number?
The Ritello Serial Number of the R2 Series, is positioned at the backside of the Main Unit.

Where can I find my PowerBrush Serial Number?
The PowerBrush Serial Number, is printed on the Specification Label located on the Bottom Cover of the PowerBrush.
